Structure Fire - Allegany, NY - 03/01/2022

On Tuesday, March 1, 2022 at 11:26am the Allegany Fire Department was dispatched for a reported structure fire at 4007 S. Nine Mile Rd. Allegany Chief arrived on scene and declared a working fire with smoke showing. Westons Mills responded with an engine and ambulance while Knapp Creek responded with 1 member and their utility. Engine 31 arrived on scene and made an interior attack while Truck 6 went to the roof for possible ventilation. Limestone and the Town of Olean departments provided standby coverage for Allegany. The AFD Investigation Team has ruled and cause as electrical and turned the structure back over to the owner. All units were clear by 1500 hrs.
